Staff Application Format

Failure to complete the application format may result an the immediate denial of the submission.
No age requirement. (Some people are mature at a young age)
Must be mature and able to act correctly in all situations.
Must have a microphone (Recommended)
Must be able to speak fluent English.
Cannot have any previous major bans. (I.E : Hacking, Racism, etc.... )
Must be able to enforce rules fairly.
Must understand all rules.
Info:
Trial period lasts for a minimum of ONE week.
After the ONE week period trial mods must be evaluated by Head moderator.
Must pass MEPT(Moderator Evaluation & Proficiency Test) with a score of 8/10 or higher.
APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE:
Must be liked by the players and seen on frequently by staff members.
Must have input from Head Moderator
Application must be FULLY COMPLETED.
Grammar must be correct!
Staff Requirements:
Have linked your forum account to your Steam account
Have over 1 days server time (in-game).
Have at least 400 hours of total playtime on Garry's Mod.
You must have a mic.
Have at least 4 posts on the forums.(Don't post spam)
Must be mature and well-liked in the community with minimal previous issues.
If accepted as Staff:
You must be active on the server at-least 2 hours every other day (minimal)
You must be active on the server forums.
You must abide by the higher ranks.
